Most residential projects (garages, basements) take 2-3 days from surface prep to final cure. Commercial projects vary based on square footage but we work around your schedule to minimize downtime. Your floor will be ready for light foot traffic within 24 hours of the final coat.
When professionally installed with proper surface preparation, our resinous floor coatings last 15-20+ years in residential settings and 10-15 years in high-traffic commercial environments. We use Elite Crete Systems products, commercial-grade materials that far outlast big-box store DIY kits.
Epoxy is one type of resinous coating, but the term is often used loosely. We install polyaspartic, polyurea, and urethane systems that outperform traditional epoxy in UV resistance, cure time, and durability.
